Free UK Mainland Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery across the UK mainland. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping

For our international clientele, we provide shipping services to numerous destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and the specific rug(s) ordered. To obtain an accurate shipping quote and estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at arderugs@gmail.com.

Handling of Large Handmade Rugs

Please be aware that larger handmade rugs may be folded for shipping purposes. Upon receipt, any creases or folds will naturally relax, and the rug will lay flat after a few hours of being unrolled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. 

Customs and Duties

For orders delivered outside the UK, additional customs or import duties may apply, depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Delivery to Remote Areas

We strive to deliver to all regions; however, deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time. Our team will communicate any such delays promptly.

Returns and Refunds

We want to ensure you are entirely happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is 30 days upon receipt for a full refund or exchange—provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. Ardé rugs will cover the cost of return shipping within the UK for non-sale items; however, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
